With over 30 years’ experience, HOP’s established Civil Engineering Team provides technical knowledge and expertise for roads, drainage and infrastructure projects. HOP’s diving and coastal Marine Engineers are able to offer expert assistance and advice on a wide range of specialist marine engineering projects.
HOP can deliver all aspects of the feasibility, detailed design and implementation of major developments and infrastructure found at, or near the water’s edge. Conversely, wherever ‘stand-alone’ specialised services are required, we are pleased to provide these to assist with projects managed by others.

Visual inspections are carried out from land, or on water, by qualified engineers.
